Cancellation
CANCELLATION POLICYCancellation charges are based on how far in advance you notify us before the scheduled pickup time:* 48 hours or more before pickup — No charge, 100% refund.* 24 to 48 hours before pickup — 50% charge, 50% refund.* Less than 24 hours before pickup — 100% charge, no refund.* No-show — 100% charge, no refund.A no-show means the passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup point, or cannot be reached, within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time.Cancellations must be sent in writing (email, WhatsApp, or Messenger). Verbal cancellations are not accepted.If Eden Tours cancels the service for any reason within our control, you are entitled to a 100% refund or a free reschedule, at your choice.
Reschedule
RESCHEDULE POLICYWe understand travel plans change, and rescheduling is always preferred over cancellation.* Free reschedule: Requests made 24 hours or more before pickup are rescheduled free of charge, subject to availability.* Short-notice reschedule: Requests made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a rebooking fee and availability.* Each booking includes one free change. Further changes may incur a rebooking fee.* A reschedule is only secured once Eden Tours confirms the new date and time in writing.Flight delays and cancellations (airline-caused):* If your arriving flight is delayed, your transfer is adjusted to your actual landing time at no extra charge, provided you keep us updated.* If your flight is cancelled or rerouted by the airline, we will reschedule your transfer to the next suitable time at no rebooking fee, subject to boat schedule and availability.* Delays caused by the airline are not treated as no-shows.
Refunds
REFUND TERMS* Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days of confirmation.* Refunds are issued to the original payment method (GCash, bank transfer, card, etc.) unless otherwise agreed.* Refund amounts follow the Cancellation Policy in Section 1.The following are non-refundable in all cases:* Bank, GCash, or payment-gateway transaction fees.* Government and port charges (terminal fee, environmental fee, boat fare) once tickets or passes have been issued.* Any third-party charges already committed on your behalf.Refunds for weather-related or force-majeure suspensions are covered in Section 4. For bookings made through a travel agent or third-party platform, refunds follow that party’s terms — please contact your point of booking.

TERMS & CONDITIONS4.1 Booking & ConfirmationA booking is only confirmed once Eden Tours issues a written confirmation. Quoted rates are valid for 48 hours unless stated otherwise.4.2 Accurate InformationYou are responsible for providing correct flight details (flight number, date, arrival or departure time), passenger count, luggage volume, and hotel name. Eden Tours is not liable for missed transfers caused by incorrect or incomplete information.4.3 InclusionsUnless stated otherwise, the transfer fee includes the land transfers, boat crossing, terminal fee, environmental fee, boat fare, and a driver or coordinator.4.4 ExclusionsGratuities, meals, personal expenses, and any service not expressly listed as included.4.5 Pickup & Waiting TimeFor arrivals, our coordinator meets you in the arrivals area with an Eden Tours name sign. For departures, we advise a pickup time based on your flight; please be ready at the lobby on time. Complimentary waiting time is 30 minutes past the agreed pickup. Beyond this, the booking may be treated as a no-show under Section 1.4.6 Boat Schedules & Operating HoursBoat crossings operate within official port hours and are subject to the last-boat schedule. Transfers requested outside operating hours may require a special or chartered boat at additional cost, subject to port authority approval and weather.4.7 Weather & Force MajeureBoat operations may be suspended by the Philippine Coast Guard or port authority due to weather or other safety reasons. In such cases, Eden Tours is not liable for delays, missed flights, or additional costs beyond our control. We will assist in rescheduling to the next available crossing. Where the service cannot be delivered at all due to force majeure, a refund of the undelivered portion (excluding non-refundable government and port charges) will be offered.4.8 LuggageStandard allowance is one checked bag plus one hand-carry per passenger. Excess or oversized luggage must be declared in advance and may incur extra charges or require a larger vehicle.4.9 Children & InfantsPlease declare children and infants at booking so appropriate seating is arranged. Infants under 2 years may be seated on a lap at no charge; children 2 years and above are charged as a regular passenger when a seat is required.4.10 Passenger Conduct & SafetyPassengers must follow safety instructions from drivers, boat crew, and coordinators, including the use of life vests during the crossing. Eden Tours may refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or behaving unsafely, without refund.4.11 LiabilityEden Tours acts as a coordinator of transfer services. Our liability is limited to the value of the transfer booking. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, missed connections, or accommodation costs, except where caused by our proven negligence.4.12 Lost ItemsEden Tours is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles or boats but will assist in recovery efforts where possible.4.13 Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.4.14 AcceptanceBy booking an Eden Tours transfer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these policies and terms.For questions, changes, or cancellations, contact Eden Tours
