General Refund Principle
Eden Tours operates as a booking agent and intermediary. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation and refund rules of the third-party operator, supplier, hotel, airline, transport provider, or activity provider involved in the booking. Eden Tours will assist customers in submitting and following up refund requests, but approval, amount, conditions, and timing may depend on the supplier's own policy.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact Eden Tours by email at contact@edentours.ai or phone at 0992 149 0923 during office hours (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Philippine Time). Customers may be asked to provide the booking name, booking reference or confirmation details, travel date, service booked, reason for the refund request, payment proof, and GCash or other refund-receiving details.
Refund Method
Where applicable, refunds may be processed through GCash or another approved payment method, subject to the supplier's policy.
Supplier and Operator Cancellation Terms
Some bookings may be non-refundable, partially refundable, or refundable only under certain conditions depending on the third-party supplier's rules. Eden Tours will communicate the applicable supplier terms when available.
Weather Cancellations
Island hopping, boat transfers, water activities, and other outdoor activities may be cancelled or delayed due to weather, sea conditions, operator safety decisions, coast guard rules, or local authority instructions. If a service is cancelled by the operator or authority for weather or safety reasons, Eden Tours will help coordinate the available option based on the supplier's policy, such as rescheduling or refund processing.
Refund Processing Fees
Refunds may be subject to supplier deductions, payment processing fees, administrative fees, or Eden service fees only if applicable and disclosed.
