Eden Tours is a DOT and IATA (GoLite)-accredited destination management company arranging worldwide travel, with its registered office at 7271-B Holy Family Compound, A. Eden Tours as Booking Agent and Intermediary
Eden Tours operates as a booking agent and travel intermediary. We coordinate, arrange, and book travel-related services such as island hopping, activities, tours, airport and land transfers, hotels, and flights. The actual travel services are performed by independent third-party operators, vendors, suppliers, hotels, airlines, transport providers, activity operators, and local service providers. Eden Tours does not own or operate its own boats, vans, tour guides, hotels, resorts, airlines, or activity facilities. Our role is to help customers arrange and facilitate bookings. While we assist customers in good faith if issues arise, Eden Tours is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, negligence, service quality, operational decisions, safety decisions, or policies of independent third-party providers, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant third-party supplier or operator. A booking request is not automatically confirmed until Eden Tours provides confirmation through its official communication channel. Customers are responsible for reviewing all booking details before payment and before travel, including names, dates, destination, activity type, number of guests, pickup time, meeting point, inclusions, exclusions, and supplier-specific conditions.
Pricing and Payment
Prices shown or quoted by Eden Tours are based on the travel service, supplier availability, and booking details provided at the time of enquiry or booking. Payment may be accepted through GCash, and customers may be required to upload or send payment proof after booking. A booking may remain pending until payment proof is received, verified, and matched with the booking request. Prices may be subject to change before confirmation due to supplier availability, operator pricing, hotel availability, airline fare changes, or other third-party factors. Eden Tours will not charge a customer for a changed price without informing the customer first.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate personal, travel, and contact information; ensuring that names, travel dates, routes, guest count, and booking details are correct before confirmation; bringing valid IDs, passports, visas, permits, tickets, or other required travel documents when needed; arriving on time at the confirmed meeting point, pickup point, airport, hotel lobby, port, or activity area; following the safety instructions, rules, and requirements of third-party operators, local authorities, airlines, hotels, and transport providers; checking weather, travel advisories, and local conditions when relevant; and informing Eden Tours in advance of any special requests, accessibility needs, dietary restrictions, medical concerns, or important travel limitations. Eden Tours may not be responsible for missed services caused by late arrival, incomplete information, invalid documents, customer no-show, failure to follow instructions, or circumstances outside Eden Tours control.
Third-Party Operator Disclaimer
Travel services arranged by Eden Tours are delivered by independent third-party providers. These providers may have their own terms, safety rules, cancellation policies, refund rules, age restrictions, health requirements, capacity limits, weather policies, and operating procedures. By booking through Eden Tours, the customer understands that third-party supplier terms may apply in addition to Eden Tours website terms. Eden Tours will make reasonable efforts to help coordinate with suppliers when issues occur, but final service decisions may rest with the actual operator, hotel, airline, transport provider, activity provider, port authority, local government unit, or relevant authority.
Weather, Sea Conditions, and Force Majeure
Outdoor, island, and sea-based services are weather-dependent. Boats, island hopping, water activities, transfers, and tours may be delayed, rescheduled, modified, or cancelled due to weather, sea conditions, safety concerns, operator decisions, coast guard rules, local authority instructions, or other conditions beyond Eden Tours control. If an activity or service is cancelled by an operator or authority due to weather or safety conditions, Eden Tours will assist the customer in coordinating available options, which may include rescheduling or refund handling based on the third-party supplier's applicable policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Eden Tours responsibility is limited to its role as a booking agent and intermediary. Eden Tours is not liable for losses, damages, injuries, delays, cancellations, additional expenses, missed connections, dissatisfaction, or service failures caused by independent third-party operators, suppliers, hotels, airlines, transport providers, activity providers, government authorities, weather conditions, sea conditions, customer error, or events beyond Eden Tours reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
