Airport Transfer Boracay

Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only once Eden Tours issues a written confirmation. Quoted rates are valid for 48 hours unless otherwise stated.

Accurate Information
- Guests are responsible for providing accurate flight details, including flight number, date, arrival or departure time, passenger count, luggage volume, and hotel name. Eden Tours is not liable for missed or delayed transfers caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Inclusions
- Unless otherwise stated, the transfer fee includes land transfers, boat crossing, terminal fee, environmental fee, boat fare, and the services of a driver or coordinator.

Exclusions
- Gratuities, meals, personal expenses, and any service not expressly listed as included are excluded from the transfer fee.

Pickup & Waiting Time
- For arrivals, an Eden Tours coordinator will meet guests in the arrivals area holding an Eden Tours name sign. For departures, Eden Tours will advise the recommended pickup time based on the guest’s flight schedule. Guests are required to be ready at the hotel lobby at the agreed pickup time.

- A complimentary waiting time of 30 minutes is provided after the agreed pickup time. Beyond this period, the booking may be considered a no-show and may be subject to the applicable Cancellation Policy.

Boat Schedules & Operating Hours

- Boat crossings operate within official port hours and are subject to the applicable last-boat schedule. Transfers requested outside regular operating hours may require a special or chartered boat at an additional cost, subject to port authority approval and weather conditions.

Weather & Force Majeure
- Boat operations may be suspended by the Philippine Coast Guard or port authority due to weather conditions or other safety concerns. In such cases, Eden Tours is not liable for delays, missed flights, or additional costs resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

- Eden Tours will assist guests in rescheduling to the next available crossing. If the service cannot be provided due to force majeure, a refund for the undelivered portion may be offered, excluding non-refundable government and port charges.

Luggage
- The standard luggage allowance is one checked bag and one hand-carry per passenger. Excess or oversized luggage must be declared in advance and may incur additional charges or require a larger vehicle.

Children & Infants
- Guests must declare children and infants at the time of booking so appropriate seating arrangements can be made. Infants under 2 years old may travel on a lap at no additional charge. Children aged 2 years and above are charged as regular passengers when a seat is required.

Passenger Conduct & Safety
- Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by drivers, boat crew, and coordinators, including the proper use of life vests during the boat crossing.
- Eden Tours may refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or behaving in a manner that may compromise the safety of themselves or others. No refund will be provided in such cases.

Liability
- Eden Tours acts as a coordinator of transfer services. Our liability is limited to the value of the transfer booking. Eden Tours is not liable for indirect losses, including missed flights, missed connections, or accommodation costs, except where caused by our proven negligence.

Lost Items
- Eden Tours is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles or boats. However, we will assist with recovery efforts where possible.

Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

- By booking an Eden Tours transfer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
