Cancellation
Abrupt cancellations, including early termination of tours as ordered by the Coast Guard, may be refundable only after deducting the full cost of all consumed or already rendered services, supplier penalties, and administrative fees.
Reschedule
- Reschedule only if tours are canceled due to poor weather conditions, as officially advised by the Philippine Coast Guard.
- Guests who have emergencies must provide a valid reason and proof.
Refunds
- No-show guests are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Tours are refundable with a 10% administrative charge if there is no valid reason for cancellation (e.g., no medical certificate or flight cancellation proof).
