Cancellation
- Abrupt cancellations, including early termination of tours as ordered by the Coast Guard, may be refundable only after deducting the full cost of all consumed or already rendered services, supplier penalties, and administrative fees.
Reschedule
- Reschedule only if tours are canceled due to poor weather conditions, as officially advised by the Philippine Coast Guard.
- Guests with emergency with valid reason reason and proof.
Refunds
- Tours are refundable with a 10% administrative charge if there is valid reason for cancellation (e.g., no medical certificate or flight cancellation proof).
- No Show, No Refund
