About this experience

An exclusive island-hopping day for your group only, around the Island Garden City of Samal and Talicud Island, a short boat ride from Davao City. The boat leaves Sta. Ana Wharf, Magsaysay, Davao City (call time 7:00 AM; an exclusive trip may start later if you prefer) with a licensed community tour guide and stops at Diaz Island, Dela Paz Island, the Pasig Quidopong sandbar, Sabang Cliff and, last, Babu Santa Beach Resort on Talicud Island, passing Pearl Farm Beach Resort, Malipano Island and Taclobo Farm on the way. A buffet lunch is served. The boat is back at Sta. Ana Wharf by 4:00 PM. Pick-up at Limao is possible if you are already in Samal. The price is for the whole boat, by the size of your group and the day of the trip.

  • Drinks after the first round of soft drinks
  • Optional activities paid on the spot: volleyball ball rental, snorkelling gear rental, banana boat and jet ski
  • Optional visit to the Giant Clam Sanctuary, entrance paid on the spot

Not included in the price and paid on the spot: the Samal Environmental User's Fee (collected by the Samal LGU; free for children 10 years old and below, discounted for seniors and PWD). Children 2 years old and below are free; from 3 years old a child counts as one seat on the boat. On Saturdays and Sundays the supplier charges its 25-guest exclusive package even for a smaller group. Call time is 7:00 AM at Sta. Ana Wharf, Magsaysay, Davao City; the boat is back by 4:00 PM.
