Eden Tours ("we", "us") operates the Eden Tours mobile application and edentours.ai. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.
Enquiries. When you send an enquiry you may provide your name, email address, mobile number, travel date, traveller counts, nationality and a message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and arrange your trip.
Guest portal sign-in. Signing in uses a one-time code sent to the mobile number or email address used for your booking. We store a temporary session token on your device so you stay signed in for up to 7 days.
Bookings. When signed in, the app shows booking, payment and voucher information already held in our reservation system.
Push notifications. With your permission, the app registers a device token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can send you booking updates such as pickup status and voucher availability. This token identifies your device, not your identity.
What we do NOT collect. The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics, and does not access your location, contacts, photos or files.
We do not sell personal information. Data is processed only by Eden Tours and the service providers that run our infrastructure (e.g. Google Firebase for notifications), under their own safeguards.
All communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS. Session tokens are stored encrypted on your device and expire automatically.
Deleting your account. You can delete your account and personal data at edentours.ai/account-deletion — no app required — or from Profile inside the app. You confirm your identity with a one-time code, and we complete requests within 5 business days. You can also email contact@edentours.ai and we will handle it the same way.
What deletion removes. Your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, address and nationality; your directory record and saved profile; your messages and conversations; passenger and passport details; and your push-notification tokens.
What we must keep, and why. Eden Tours is a DOT/IATA-accredited Philippine company and the BIR requires financial records to be retained. Your bookings, quotations, invoices and payments are kept — the amounts, dates and reference numbers — but your name is removed from them, so they no longer identify you. If you left a review, the star rating stays counted in our public score while your name and review text are removed.
Deletion cannot be undone: we do not retain a copy of your name to restore from. Uninstalling the app removes the session token and device token from your phone, but does not delete your account — use the link above for that.
Our services are intended for adults making travel arrangements. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this policy; the current version will always be available at this page with the effective date above.
