Price per person, private tour, minimum 2 guests. Twin/Triple = 2 or 3 adults sharing a room; Single = 1 adult in a room.
Groups: from 15 paying guests, 1 guest travels free; from 21 paying guests, 1 free; from 31 paying guests, 2 free (as the supplier sets it).
Children 2 to 10 years old sharing with 2 adults: with an extra bed or without a bed (child not over 130 cm; taller children are charged on arrival). A child sharing a room with only 1 adult pays the adult rate. Infants under 2 travel free with no services.
The shopping stops (bee farm, Erawadee Herb, gems gallery, dried food market) are compulsory and cannot be skipped.
Guide and driver tips are included in the price.
Included: hotel, transfers and touring by air-conditioned van (bus from 10 guests), meals as shown in the itinerary, entrance fees as listed, drinking water and travel accident insurance.
Not included: flights, personal expenses, extra meals.
Transport is used up to 10 hours a day; overtime is charged by the supplier.
Arrivals or departures between midnight and 6 AM carry a midnight surcharge from the supplier.
New Year (24 Dec to 5 Jan) and Chinese New Year (2 to 10 Feb 2027) carry a peak surcharge and a compulsory gala dinner on 31 Dec; the supplier has not stated the amount yet.
Hotels are subject to availability; the tour order may change for flights, traffic or weather.
No refund for unused services or no-show.
Princeton Hotel is offered for groups of 2 to 9 guests and Baiyoke Suite for groups of 10 or more, as the supplier prices them.
