A booking is confirmed only once Eden Tours issues a written confirmation. Quoted rates are valid for 48 hours unless stated otherwise and are subject to availability.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including passenger count, ages, and any health conditions.
Eden Tours and its operators may refuse service, without refund, to any guest who is intoxicated, behaving unsafely, or unfit to participate.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times and wear appropriately sized safety equipment.
Photos or videos taken during activities may be used by Eden Tours for promotional purposes. Please advise us in writing at booking if you prefer not to be included.
