Hotel Reservation for Visa

Your hotel reservation is a real reservation made with a hotel or a hotel booking system, and it shows the hotel name and address, your check-in and check-out dates and the guest names, so you can show it to the embassy or consulate with confidence. It is sent within 12 hours. The price is per guest, for any number of nights. Because it is a reservation and not a paid stay, the hotel (the property owner) decides how long it is held: if the stay is not paid and booked by the hotel's deadline, the hotel may cancel the reservation automatically. Not every hotel confirms a reservation to a third party, so it is issued for visa and travel-plan purposes and is not a visa or immigration guarantee. Once issued it is fully non-refundable (no refund on cancellation), and every change is charged.
