Contracted stays run until 31 March 2027. Peak periods — 24 December to 3 January and Holy Week (25 to 28 March 2027) — need a minimum of three nights and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Children 5 and below sharing a bed stay and eat breakfast free; children 6 to 10 pay a kids rate; guests 11 and above pay the extra-person rate. A room takes up to two adults and two children. Cancellation outside peak periods: free up to six months before arrival, one night's rate three to six months before, half the stay 31 to 90 days before, the full stay within 30 days.

Up to 181 days before: cancel free — everything you paid comes back. Up to 91 days before: the operator's own cancellation charge is kept, the rest comes back. Up to 31 days before: 50% of what you paid is kept, the rest comes back. At the last minute: 100% of what you paid is kept, the rest comes back.
