Contracted stays run until 31 December 2026; 1–19 December is regular season and 20–31 December super peak, which needs a minimum of three nights. Each room takes the number of guests named on it. Children 7 and below sharing the adults' beds stay free. The resort has a beachfront restaurant, bar and spa, a 24-hour backup generator and security. Once paid, a booking is not refunded; it can be moved to another date up to 22 days before arrival, subject to rooms.
