Contracted stays run until 31 December 2026; 16 November to 22 December is high season and 23 to 31 December super peak. Rates are per room for one or two guests. Children 11 and below sharing their parents' bed stay free without breakfast (two children in a room with two queen beds, one in a room with one); guests 12 and above count as adults. The Beachfront Building A suites face the sea; Building B is across the road; the annex and budget rooms are in Buildings C, D and E. Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 noon. A guest who shortens a stay is not refunded.

Up to 16 days before: cancel free — everything you paid comes back. Up to 15 days before: 50% of what you paid is kept, the rest comes back. Up to 10 days before: 100% of what you paid is kept, the rest comes back.
