Contracted rates run until 31 March 2027; peak and super peak dates (Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Holy Week, long weekends) carry higher rates. Stays on 24 and 31 December include a mandatory gala dinner charged per person by the hotel. Up to two children below 11 stay free sharing the bed: children up to 6 eat breakfast free, children 7 to 11 pay half the breakfast. One extra guest is allowed per room and is charged per night with breakfast. Room windows do not open. A round-trip Caticlan transfer including terminal and environmental fees can be added per person. Guests pay a refundable incidental deposit per room at check-in. Smoking and vaping in rooms carry a cleaning fee.
