Contracted stays run until 31 March 2027. Super peak dates (20 December 2026 to 2 January 2027 and 25 to 27 March 2027, Holy Week) carry higher rates and need a minimum of two nights, with no check-out on 24 or 31 December; the resort charges a mandatory dinner on Christmas and New Year's Eve. Children 0 to 4 sharing their parents' bed stay and eat breakfast free; children 5 to 9 sharing the bed pay a child rate with breakfast; guests 10 and above count as adults and pay the extra-person rate with an extra bed, where the room allows one (not in Standard, Deluxe Queen with Daybed, Seaview, Deluxe Grand or the Family rooms). The resort has no elevators — ask for a ground-floor room if needed. From June to mid-November sea-facing rooms sit behind windbreakers. Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 noon.
