Rates are per room for one or two guests with breakfast, welcome drinks and lei, the beach pool and Wi-Fi; pool villas have a private dipping pool. An extra person is charged per night with breakfast. Peak nights (20 December 2026 – 5 January 2027, 25–27 March 2027 and 20–31 December 2027) cost more and may require a three-night stay. Stays on 24 and 31 December include the mandatory Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve dinners.

Up to 16 days before: 20% of what you paid is kept, the rest comes back. Up to 15 days before: 50% of what you paid is kept, the rest comes back. Up to 7 days before: 100% of what you paid is kept, the rest comes back.
Child policy
Up to two children aged 10 and below per room, sharing the existing bed. Ages 0–5 stay free (no breakfast); ages 6–10 pay a small nightly charge with breakfast; 11 and above count as adults. At the holiday dinners children 6–10 pay half and 5 and below are free.
