Rates include breakfast in the restaurant (dine-in) and free Wi-Fi for up to two devices per room. Rooms are booked for their standard occupancy; extra persons and children aged 5–9 are charged by the resort at rates given on request. Super peak dates (23 December 2026 – 2 January 2027, 5–11 February 2027 and 25–27 March 2027) are not sold at these rates. Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rebooked once paid. All rooms are non-smoking.

Child policy
One child aged 0–4 per room stays free, sharing meals and the existing bed. Children aged 5–9 pay a kid rate and guests aged 10 and above pay as adults — both on request from the resort.
