Contracted rates for stays 1 April 2026 – 31 March 2027; Bayview rooms and the Panorama Suite cost more from 1 December 2026. Super peak (20 December 2026 – 2 January 2027 and 25–27 March 2027) carries higher rates and a minimum stay of two nights, with no check-out on 24 or 31 December; the hotel charges a mandatory gala dinner on Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Airport transfers from Busuanga (USU) are not included. There is no beach in Coron Town — the hotel has an infinity pool and a view deck over Coron Bay. Standard rooms and rooms with two queen beds take no extra bed. Drones are not allowed. Check-in 2:00 pm, check-out 12:00 noon.

Up to 31 days before: cancel free — everything you paid comes back. At the last minute: cancelling does not get anything back.
Child policy
Children 0 to 4 sharing their parents’ bed stay free with breakfast. Children 5 to 9 sharing the bed pay the child rate with breakfast. Guests 10 and above count as adults and pay the extra-person rate with an extra bed, where the room allows one.
