Contracted rates for stays 1 April 2026 – 31 March 2027; rates change from 1 December 2026. Minimum stay of two nights all year. Super peak (20 December 2026 – 2 January 2027 and 25–27 March 2027) carries higher rates, with no check-out on 24 or 31 December; the resort charges a mandatory gala dinner on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Round-trip land and sea transfers from Busuanga (USU) airport are included; boats sail in daylight only, so book flights arriving before 4:00 pm and departing after 9:30 am. Island Tip and Sandbar Bungalows and the Forest and Mangrove Casitas take no extra bed. Check-in 2:00 pm, check-out 12:00 noon.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation
Up to 31 days before: cancel free — everything you paid comes back. At the last minute: cancelling does not get anything back.
Child policy
Children 0 to 4 sharing their parents’ bed stay free (breakfast and transfers included). Children 5 to 9 sharing the bed pay the child rate with breakfast and transfers. Guests 10 and above count as adults and pay the extra-person rate with an extra bed, where the room allows one.
