Contracted rates valid 1 April 2025 – 31 March 2026, by season (lean, regular, peak, super peak). Every room sells room only or with plated breakfast. Children 10 and below stay free in an existing bed (2 adults + 2 kids or 3 adults + 1 kid); with breakfast they pay a breakfast charge; 11 and over pay the extra-person rate. Rooms with 2 double or 2 queen beds take up to 4 guests. Bookings are non-refundable once guaranteed. A compulsory dinner applies on 31 December 2025.
