Contracted rates for stays 1 April 2026 – 31 March 2027, minimum 2 nights. Daily breakfast is included — for two in the Superior and Deluxe rooms, for four in the family rooms. Superior and Deluxe rooms are for 2 guests, up to 3 with the extra-person charge; Family Loft and Family Suite for 4, up to 5; Junior Family Suite for 4 only. Christmas–New Year (23 December 2026 – 2 January 2027) is super peak: a surcharge per room applies and the booking cannot be cancelled or changed. A mandatory New Year’s Eve dinner applies to stays on 31 December 2026. Check-in 2:00 pm, check-out 12:00 noon; an incidental deposit is collected per room at check-in and refunded at check-out.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation
Up to 60 days before: cancel free — everything you paid comes back. Up to 31 days before: the operator's own cancellation charge is kept, the rest comes back. At the last minute: cancelling does not get anything back.
Child policy
Children 7 and below sharing a bed with their parents stay free, breakfast not included; at most two such children per room. Children 8 and above count as adults and pay the extra-person charge (an extra bed is provided).
