Contracted rates (2025-2026 special contracted rate); the hotel confirmed on 26 Oct 2026 that the same rates apply to bookings from April 2026 until a new contract is issued. Superior and Deluxe rooms sell room only or with buffet breakfast; the other rooms include breakfast. Up to two children per room: 0–2 free, 3–10 free sharing the bed with a breakfast charge; 11 and over pay as adults. Holy Week and Christmas–New Year carry a surcharge per room; a mandatory gala dinner applies on 24 and 31 December. Check-in 2:00 pm, check-out 12:00 noon.

Up to 31 days before: cancel free — everything you paid comes back. Up to 16 days before: 50% of what you paid is kept, the rest comes back. At the last minute: cancelling does not get anything back.
