1. BOOKING & PAYMENT* A booking is confirmed only once Eden Tours issues a written confirmation (email, WhatsApp, or Messenger).* Quoted rates are valid for 48 hours unless stated otherwise and are subject to availability.* Rates are per person unless stated as a private or whole-boat charter.* A downpayment may be required to secure your slot, with the balance due before the activity starts. 2. SCHEDULE & DURATION* Sailing time is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, subject to wind and sea conditions.* Sunset sail departure times follow the actual sunset and may be adjusted on the day.* Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Late arrivals may forfeit the slot without refund if the boat must depart on schedule. 3. WEATHER, WIND & SEA CONDITIONS* Paraw sailing depends on wind. On very calm days, sailing may be limited; on days with strong winds, large waves, or storm warnings, the activity may be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled for safety.* Operations may be suspended by the boat crew, the Philippine Coast Guard, or local authorities at any time.* If Eden Tours cancels due to weather or safety, you may choose a free reschedule (subject to availability) or a full refund of the activity fee.* Eden Tours is not liable for indirect costs (such as missed onward plans) arising from weather-related changes beyond our control. 4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE (BY GUEST)* 24 hours or more before departure — free cancellation or reschedule, subject to availability.* Less than 24 hours before departure — the activity fee may be non-refundable; rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a rebooking fee.* No-show — the activity fee is non-refundable.* Cancellations and reschedules must be made in writing. Verbal requests are not accepted. 5. SAFETY & PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITY* Life vests are provided and must be worn at all times while on the boat.* Passengers must follow all instructions from the boat crew before and during the sail.* Swimming ability is not required, but passengers should be comfortable being on the water.* Please expect to get splashed or wet. Dress appropriately and secure loose items.* Alcohol is not permitted before or during the activity. Eden Tours and the boat crew may refuse boarding to any passenger who is intoxicated or behaving unsafely, without refund. 6. HEALTH & ELIGIBILITY* Please declare any relevant health conditions at booking, including pregnancy, heart conditions, recent surgery, mobility limitations, or a tendency for motion sickness.* Eden Tours reserves the right to decline participation where the activity may pose a health or safety risk.* Participation is at the passenger’s own discretion and physical condition. 7. CHILDREN* Children must be declared at booking and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.* Children are required to wear an appropriately sized life vest throughout the activity. 8. BELONGINGS & VALUABLES* The boat is an open water vessel; phones, cameras, and other valuables are brought on board at the owner’s own risk.* We recommend using a waterproof pouch for electronics.* Eden Tours is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, but will assist in recovery where possible. 9. LIABILITY* Eden Tours coordinates the activity with a licensed boat operator. Our liability is limited to the value of the activity booking.* Participation involves inherent risks associated with water and sailing activities, which the passenger accepts by booking.* Eden Tours is not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by our proven negligence. 10. PHOTOS & MEDIAPhotos or videos taken during the activity may be used by Eden Tours for promotional purposes. Please advise us in writing at booking if you prefer not to be included. 11. GOVERNING LAW & ACCEPTANCEThese terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
