- A booking is confirmed only once Eden Tours issues a written confirmation. Quoted rates are valid for 48 hours unless stated otherwise and are subject to availability.
- Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including passenger count, ages, and any health conditions.
- Eden Tours and its operators may refuse service, without refund, to any guest who is intoxicated, behaving unsafely, or unfit to participate.
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times and wear appropriately sized safety equipment.
- Photos or videos taken during activities may be used by Eden Tours for promotional purposes. Please advise us in writing at booking if you prefer not to be included.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By booking any Eden Tours activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
Liability
- Eden Tours coordinates these activities with licensed local operators and crew. Our liability is limited to the value of the activity booking.
- Water and adventure activities carry inherent risks, which the guest accepts by booking and participating.
- Guests must declare relevant health conditions (including pregnancy, heart conditions, high blood pressure, recent surgery, or mobility limitations) and follow all safety instructions from the crew.
- Eden Tours is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or belongings except where caused by our proven negligence, nor for indirect losses arising from weather, delays, or events beyond our control.
