GUARANTEE, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION POLICY
  1. DEPOSIT: 30% once confirmation is given or 45 days prior to arrival date based on the reserved number of pax (if the client fails to supply, the reservation shall be voided). Paid deposit shall be applied to the tour fare, cancellation charges, or penalties.
  2. FINAL SETTLEMENT: 70% due 7 days prior to arrival date. (If the client fails to supply, the reservation shall be voided).
  3. Payments should be made based on OUR policy (all local and overseas charges to be paid by customer). Payments made on the basis of SHA will be considered deficient, and the missing amount will be requested from the customer.
  4. ROOMING LIST: Rooming list and exact room numbers/types requested and guests' information should be provided to the operator 15 days prior to the group’s arrival. (If the client fails to supply, the reservation shall be voided).
  5. 32 days prior to arrival – All or part of the guestrooms may be cancelled without any cancellation fee.
  6. Until 31-10 days prior to arrival – A reduction of up to 4 of the rooms from the current room allocation booked can be cancelled without cancellation fees. Guestrooms cancelled in excess of this number will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 80% of the agreed price per pax.
  7. For any cancellation until 9-0 days before arrival date – in case of no-shows or early departures, the total fee paid will be charged.

CHILD POLICY
  1. Infants: Children of 1-2 years will be considered as infants & must be clearly mentioned on the rooming list along with date of birth & will not be charged.
  2. Children will not be counted in slab.
  3. Child rates are valid only with 2 adults in a room (max. 1 child per room permitted).
  4. Child discounts will be applicable for a maximum of 15% of the group. If there are more children, then adult rates will apply.
  5. The child reduction is 30%, calculated from per person in double rates within the given policy.

Important Remarks

  5. We might confirm hotels outside the affected city or in alternative cities should the tour include cities affected by a trade fair.
  6. In case VAT, entrance fees, sites’ opening times, etc., alter, the rates and program may be modified accordingly.
  7. Due to unforeseen weather conditions, the itinerary may be canceled, and another destination site may be substituted.
  8. EU regulation for long-distance coaches: Max 12 working hours/day and 9 driving hours. After every 4.5 hours, the driver must rest for 45 minutes (split into two breaks if necessary). Night rest is 11 hours (reduced to 9 hours max 2x/week).
  9. Triple room is not guaranteed. If the hotel cannot confirm triple rooms, the client will stay in twin + single rooms. A single supplement for the specific hotel will be charged.
  10. Any other services/arrangements not listed in the itinerary are not included in the tour fare.
