VISA REQUIREMENTS

AUSTRALIAN VISA

MINIMUM PREPARATIONG & PROCESSING TIME: 14 WORKING DAYS

MINIMUM BANK AMOUNT: PHP 300,000

BEST TIME TO APPLY: 3-6 months before your travel date

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Filled up Application
  2. Form 54 Family Composition
  3. Photocopy of current valid passport (must be valid 6 months prior your travel date)
  4. Xerox of biopage of old passport
  5. Xerox of previous visas & stamps
  6. Original copy of recent bank statement or passbook for the last 6 months
  7. Original bank cert, verifying the balance, date opened, average daily balance
  8. Proof of Assets (if any)
  9. Birth Certificate
  10. Marriage Certificate
  11. If Invited/Support:
    1. Invitation Letter
    2. Proof of relationship
    3. Sponsor's Proof of funds
    4. Proof of residency (if will stay at sponsor's residence)
    5. Sponsor's Passport and/or valid Australian ID
    6. Guarantee Letter
  12. If solely for leisure:

    1. Certificate of Employment indicating position and salary

    1. Medical cert if 70 years old and above from accredited hospital of Australia.
    2. Photocopy of Senior ID front & back

CANADA VISA

MINIMUM PREPARATION & PROCESSING TIME: 15 WORKING DAYS

MINIMUM BANK AMOUNT: PHP 300,000

BEST TIME TO APPLY: 3-6 months before your travel date

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Filled up Application form
  2. Passport size picture (white background)
  3. Valid passport (6 months)
  4. Original Bank statement for prior 6 months
  5. Photocopy of passbook (if any)
  6. Original Bank certificate
  7. Original business registration or business name
  8. Original ITR
  9. Guarantee letter
  10. Invitation letter
  11. Proof of asset
  12. Employment certificate
  13. Birth certificate and marriage certificate
  14. Medical certificate from accredited hospital (if applicant is over 60)
CHINESE VISA

MINIMUM PREPARATION & PROCESSING TIME: 14 WORKING DAYS

MINIMUM BANK AMOUNT: PHP 100,000

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Filled up Application form (online)
  2. (2) passport size pictures (white background)
  3. Valid passport (6 months)
  4. Old passport issue January 2014 to present need to submit old passport / explanation letter if don’t have old passport (starting August 22,2016)
  5. Photocopy of Passport (front & back)
  6. Flight Booking
  7. Hotel Booking
  8. Day-to-day itinerary
  9. Bank certificate (P100,000.00) minimum. w/receipt, w/check write, w/ account opening date , type of account . w/ ending balance 100,000.00
  10. Original Receipt of Bank Certificate
  11. Bank statement (P100,000.00) minimum amount for the last 6 months (original)
  12. Original Receipt from bank of Bank Statement
  13. ITR (income tax return) stamp or received by BIR
  14. Employment certificate including the salary and date of tenures
  15. Company ID Xerox if any
  16. Birth certificate PSA (6 months valid)
  17. Married cert (if any)
  18. Filled up details @ back portion of the passport
  19. Affidavit of Support (if sponsored)

DUBAI VISA

MINIMUM PREPARATION & PROCESSING TIME: 5 WORKING DAYS

MINIMUM BANK AMOUNT: PHP 150,000

BEST TIME TO APPLY: 3 weeks before your travel date

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Filled up Application form
  2. Travel Waiver
  3. (2) Passport size pictures (white background)
  4. Scanned Passport Biopage
  5. Bank Statement for the last 6 months
  6. Bank Certificate with declared ADB for the last 6 months
  7. Proof of ties in the Philippines
EGYPT VISA

MINIMUM PREPARATION & PROCESSING TIME: 30 WORKING DAYS

MINIMUM BANK AMOUNT: PHP 200,000

BEST TIME TO APPLY: 3 months before your travel date

REQUIREMENTS (Tourist Visa):

  1. Visa Application Form
  2. (2) 2x2 size recent colored ID pictures (white background)
  3. Passport (valid for 6 months)
  4. Bank Certificate or Bank Statement addressed to the embassy
  5. Employment Certificate / Business registration / School Certificate
  6. Letter of Intent
  7. Itinerary

Business

  1. Visa Application Form
  2. (2) 2x2 size recent colored ID picture with white background
  3. Passport (must be valid for 6 months)
  4. Bank Certificate or Bank Statement addressed to the embassy
  5. Employment Certificate with compensation & Guarantee Letter from Company Employer
  6. Letter of Invitation from the Host Company in Egypt (official company letter with seal stating visa request/purpose of invitation/ period of stay and guarantee)
INDIAN VISA

MINIMUM BANK AMOUNT: PHP 50,000

BEST TIME TO APPLY: 3 weeks before your travel date

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Scanned copy of full biodata page of the passport (6 months validity)
  2. Digital copy of recent 1x1 colored picture (white background)

Note:

  1. Additional requirements may be requested by the embassy
  2. Personal appearance not required unless requested by the Embassy
JAPAN VISA

MINIMUM PREPARATION & PROCESSING TIME: 14 WORKING DAYS

MINIMUM BANK AMOUNT: PHP 150,000

BEST TIME TO APPLY: 3-4 weeks before your travel date

REQUIREMENTS (Note: ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRINTED IN A4 SIZE):

  1. Fill out visa application form with original/wet signature
  2. Two (2) latest passport-sized pictures
  3. Passport - original and valid for 6 months prior to travel date
  4. Original PSA Birth Certificate (valid for the last 6 months)
    1. If NO RECORD: submit Certificate of No Record, local civil copy
    2. If LATE REGISTERED: submit Baptismal Certificate & School 137 issued within the last 3 months
  5. Original PSA Marriage Contract (taken within the last 6 months)
    1. If NO PSA yet: submit Certificate of No Marriage, local civil copy

    6. *** note: item 4 and 5 is waived if there is a used Japan Visa on passport ***

  6. Itinerary for travel – including information as to probable date of entry and departure, name of hotels, addresses, tel. nos. etc.
  7. Bank Certificate with stated date opened and average daily balance (ADB) for the last 6 months
    1. If with no ADB: submit Bank Statement for the last 6 months
  8. If EMPLOYED:
    1. ITR/BIR 2316 with signatures of both employer and employee
    2. Employment Certificate indicating period of employment, salary, and position
  9. If BUSINESS OWNER:
    1. ITR
    2. Proof of actual payment of tax
    3. DTI/SEC
    4. Certificate of Business Name Registration
    5. Mayor's Permit from city hall
  10. If STUDENT:
    1. School ID/Certificate of Enrollment
  11. If RETIREE/SENIOR CITIZEN:
    1. Senior ID
    2. Proof of retirement
  12. If SPONSORED:
    1. Guarantee Letter
    2. Proof of relationship with guarantor
    3. Personal Bank Certificate (refer to item 7)
    4. Sponsor's Bank Certificate
    5. Sponsor's Employment Certificate (refer to item 8)
  13. If FOREIGN APPLICANT:
    1. Copy of ICARD
KOREA VISA

MINIMUM PREPARATION & PROCESSING TIME: 21 WORKING DAYS

MINIMUM BANK AMOUNT: PHP 150,000

BEST TIME TO APPLY: 1 month before your travel date

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Application form with picture
  2. Photocopy of passport bio page and visas to OECD countries
  3. Original Certificate of Employment with compensation, date hired, and position
  4. Original Bank Certificate with ADB
  5. Bank Statement for the last 3 months
  6. Income Tax Return (ITR)
  7. Original PSA Marriage Certificate or Birth Certificate (if traveling with family)
  8. Business Permit/SEC/DTI (if self-employed)
  9. Invitation Letter from the inviter (if applicable)
  10. Cover Letter for Multiple Visa (if applicable)

For specific cases:

  1. If PROFESSIONAL: Copy of PRC/IBP ID
  2. If RETIRED: Copy of Senior Citizen ID
  3. If STUDENT: Original School Certificate and copy of School ID
SCHENGEN VISA

MINIMUM PREPARATION & PROCESSING TIME: 15-45 WORKING DAYS

MINIMUM BANK AMOUNT: PHP 300,000

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Filled up Application form
  2. Two (2) Passport size pictures (white background)
  3. Valid passport (6 months)
  4. Xerox copy of previous visa
  5. Booking cert (itinerary)
  6. Hotel booking
  7. Certificate of employment indicating salary and duration of leave
  8. Original birth and marriage certificate (PSA)
  9. Income tax return (ITR)
  10. Invitation letter (if applicable)
  11. Cover letter
  12. Original bank statement or passbook (last 6 months)
  13. Original bank certificate verifying the balance and income
  14. Affidavit of support (if sponsored)
  15. If self-employed: Business registration
  16. If student: Proof of enrollment at school, college, or university
  17. Guarantee letter (if applicable)
  18. Travel insurance with coverage of 2.5 million for Schengen visa
  19. By appointment/personal appearance
  20. Photocopy of all documents submitted
TURKEY VISA

MINIMUM PREPARATION & PROCESSING TIME: 15-30 WORKING DAYS

MINIMUM BANK AMOUNT: PHP 100,000

WHEN TO APPLY: 3-4 months before your travel date

REQUIREMENTS (Note: ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRINTED IN A4 SIZE):

  1. Fully accomplished Application Form
  2. Recent 2x2 photo (white background, not older than 6 months)
  3. Original Passport (6 months valid from your departure to Turkey)
  4. Old passport (if with previous Turkey or OECD visas)
  5. PSA Birth Certificate (issued within at least 1 year)
  6. PSA Marriage Certificate (if married, issued within at least 1 year)
  7. Original Bank Certificate with wet ink/stamp
  8. Original Bank Statement for the last 6 months
  9. ITR (Income Tax Return)
  10. Flight Itinerary
  11. Hotel Booking
  12. Day-to-day itinerary
  13. Travel Insurance

For specific cases:

  1. If STUDENT:
    1. School ID
    2. School Registration/Proof of Enrollment
    3. Notarized Affidavit of Support
    4. Consent Letter to travel from parents
  2. If EMPLOYED:
    1. Original Certificate of Employment (with wet signature, indicates position, compensation, and date started)
  3. If BUSINESS OWNER:
    1. SEC/DTI
    2. ITR with Financial Statement
    3. Business Permits
  4. If SPONSORED:
    1. Sponsor’s Bank Certificate & Bank Statement (last 6 months)
    2. Notarized Affidavit of Support/Guarantee Letter
    3. Sponsor’s employment/business documents
    4. Invitation Letter
    5. Turkish resident ID
UNITED KINGDOM VISA

MINIMUM PREPARATION & PROCESSING TIME: 15 WORKING DAYS

MINIMUM BANK AMOUNT: PHP 400,000

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Filled up Application form
  2. Three (3) Passport size pictures (white background)
  3. Valid passport (6 months)
  4. Xerox copy of previous visa
  5. Booking cert
  6. Certificate of employment indicating salary and duration of leave
  7. Original birth and marriage certificate (PSA)
  8. Income tax return (ITR)
  9. Invitation letter (if applicable)
  10. Affidavit of support
  11. A copy of recent bank statement or passbook plus original bank cert, verifying the balance your income
  12. If self-employed: Business registration
  13. If student: Proof of enrollment at school, college, or university
  14. Guarantee letter (if applicable)
  15. Personal appearance or appointment is required
  16. Photocopy of all documents submitted
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA VISA

MINIMUM PREPARATION & PROCESSING TIME: 14 WORKING DAYS AFTER INTERVIEW

MINIMUM BANK AMOUNT: PHP 400,000

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Original passport (valid for at least 6 months from the intended travel date)
  2. Payment receipt for the Visa fees
  3. Filled up Non-Immigrant Visa application form from the US embassy website
  4. Two (2) pictures (2x2 inches) with white background (taken within the last 6 months)
  5. Employment certificate indicating designation, salary, and tenure
  6. Guarantee letter (from the company if official trip)
  7. Approved leave of absence
  8. Booking itinerary
  9. Invitation letter or purpose of the trip
  10. Original and Xerox copy of SEC registration or business name, if self-employed
  11. Original and Xerox of Annual Income Tax Return (ITR)
  12. Original 3 months bank statements, passbooks
  13. Original credit card billing statements for the past 3 months
  14. Original land title, if any
  15. Original car registration, if any
  16. Proof of asset (if any)
  17. Professional license (PRC Card, Integrated Bar Card, if applicable)
  18. DSWD certificate for minors traveling abroad without any parent
  19. All previously issued passports or affidavit of loss (if required)
  20. Original birth certificate or marriage contract (if married) issued by the NSO
  21. Affidavit of support from employer/parents/spouse
