Day-wise Itinerary

Day 01: Lisbon Arrival - Fatima (MOB / - / Hotel Dinner)

  1. Arrival to Lisbon Airport.
  2. Meet & greet with LDC driver.
  3. Panoramic tour of Lisbon.
  4. Transfer to Fatima.
  5. Dinner at hotel. Overnight in Fatima.

Day 02: Fatima - Aljustrel - Valinhos - Fatima (Breakfast / - / Hotel Dinner)

  1. Breakfast at hotel.
  2. Holy Mass in the Basilica of Our Lady of Fatima.
  3. Guided tour of the Basilica, including the tombs of Jacinta and Francisco.
  4. Transfer to Aljustrel for a village tour.
  5. Visit the Church of Sao Sebastiao in Valinhos.
  6. Return to Fatima.
  7. Dinner at hotel. Overnight in Fatima.

Day 03: Fatima - Avila (Breakfast / - / Hotel Dinner)

  3. Guided city tour of Barcelona, including Plaza Espana, Montjuic, Paseo de Gracia, and Sagrada Familia.

Guarantee, Payment, and Cancellation Policy
  • Deposit: A deposit of 30% is required once confirmation is given, or 45 days prior to the arrival date, based on the reserved number of pax. If the client fails to supply the deposit, the reservation shall be voided. The paid deposit shall be applied to the tour fare, cancellation charges, or penalties.
  • Final Settlement: The remaining 70% must be settled 7 days prior to the arrival date. If the client fails to supply the final payment, the reservation shall be voided.
  • Payment Basis: Payments should be made on the basis of OUR (all local and overseas charges to be paid by the customer). Payments made on the base of SHA will be considered deficient, and the missing amount will be requested from the customer.
  • Rooming List: A rooming list and exact room numbers/types, along with guest information, must be provided to the operator 15 days prior to the group's arrival. Failure to provide this information will result in the reservation being voided.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • 32 days prior to arrival: All or part of the guest rooms may be cancelled without any cancellation fee.
    • 31-10 days prior to arrival: A reduction of up to 4 rooms from the current room allocation can be cancelled without fees. Guest rooms cancelled beyond this number will incur a cancellation fee of 80% of the agreed price per pax.
    • 9-0 days prior to arrival: For any cancellations, no-shows, or early departures, the total fee will be charged.
Child Policy
  • Infants: Children aged 1-2 years will be considered infants. Infants should be clearly mentioned on the rooming list along with their date of birth and will not be charged.
  • Children Not Counted in Slab: Children will not be counted in the slab allocation.
  • Child Rates: The child rates are valid only with two adults in a room (maximum of 1 child per room permitted).
  • Maximum Child Discount: Child discounts apply to a maximum of 15% of the group. If the number of children exceeds this limit, adult rates will apply for the excess.
  • Child Reduction: The child reduction is 30%, calculated from the per-person double rate as per the given policy.

Important Remarks
  1. +1: Refers to free of charge in a TWN-room shared for the tour manager.
  2. S/S: Refers to Single Supplement.
  3. The above is just an offer, and no availability has been checked.
  4. Prices are not applicable on fair dates, Christmas & New Year period. We might confirm hotels outside the affected city or in alternative cities if the tour includes cities affected by a trade fair.
  5. If VAT, entrance fees, or site opening times change, the quotation’s rates and program may be modified accordingly.
  6. Due to unforeseen weather conditions, the itinerary may be canceled, and an alternative destination may be substituted.
  7. EU Regulation for Long-Distance Coaches: Max 12 working hours a day (duration for which the LDC is at disposal), and max 9 driving hours. After every 4.5 hours, the driver must rest for a minimum of 45 minutes, which can be split into 2 breaks of 15 min and 30 min. Night rest is 11 hours, which can be reduced to 9 hours, a maximum of 2 times a week.
  8. Triple room is not guaranteed. If the hotel cannot confirm triple rooms, the client will stay in a twin + single room, and a single supplement for the specific hotel will be charged.
  9. Any services/arrangements not listed in the itinerary by the tour provider are not included in the tour fare.
