Hot Air Balloon Tours Remarks:
- The possibility of flying hot air balloons in Cappadocia is dependent on weather conditions, particularly wind speed and direction.
- Cappadocia holds the worldwide record for the highest number of flying days per year, but balloon flights are not guaranteed daily.
- The decision regarding balloon flights can only be determined at sunrise, just before the scheduled flight.
- Occasionally, balloon flights may be cancelled 24 hours in advance due to reliable weather forecasts indicating windy conditions.
- If the balloon cannot operate on the scheduled day, alternative arrangements such as a Jeep Safari Tour, Whirling Dervish Show, and Wine Tasting Tour at Red Valley can be made; no refund will be provided for this change.
- To request a refund due to cancellation of the balloon flight, please inform us in advance for prompt processing.
- Cheaper balloon prices may be found online, but there are three take-off locations in Cappadocia: Goreme, Soganli, and Cat Valley. The most popular is Goreme.
- When operations run smoothly without cancellations, operators may lower prices to fill baskets; however, consecutive cancellations can lead to price increases.
- We prioritize safety and security by conducting thorough checks on balloon pilots' certifications, flight experience, and insurance.
- Regardless of cancellations, we uphold our commitment to the initial agreed cost to ensure your trust and satisfaction.
