In principle, the Operator will not make refunds for the below fare even if clients choose not to use the relevant services.

All of the transfers between the cities and hotels. 18 seat vehicles up to 15pax – 28/32 seat vehicle up to 25pax - 48 or 54 seat vehicle up to 45pax. 0.5lt water per day per person will be provided. (According to the European Union regulations, the maximum bus operating hours is 12 hours per day. In case of delays or other matters that are beyond our control, the tour operator might be forced to adjust the itinerary and/or skip some places of interest or locations that are included in the itinerary)

Not Included in the Tour Fare
  1. Airplane tickets, personal expenses, hotel extras, travel insurance, telephone, laundry, additional meals, drinks, medical expenses for injuries and illness, or any other items of a personal nature as well as any items not specifically mentioned within the itinerary, visa expenses if required, portage services, gratuity to guide and driver (minimum 3.00 EUR for guide + 2.00 EUR for driver)

    9. Please note that no reservation has been made so far and we do not guarantee the name of the hotel and the availability. The name of the hotel will be advised after confirmation and checking for availability. In case of major event in the cities and depending on availability we will charge an extra supplement. The extra cost will be advised accordingly.

Guarantee and Payment Policy

    Rooms reserved are subject to cancellation without further notification if deposits are not received by the operator in accordance with the following schedule and dates:

  1. Deposit: %30 - Once confirmation is given or 45 days prior to arrival date based on the reserved number of pax. (If the client fails to supply, the reservation shall be voided). Paid deposit shall be applied to the tour fare, cancellation charges or penalties.
  2. Final Settlement: %70 - 20 days prior to arrival date. (If the client fails to supply, the reservation shall be voided)
  3. Payments: should be made on the bases of OUR ((All local and overseas charges to be paid by customer). Payments that are made on the base of SHA will be considered as deficient and missing amount will be asked from the customer.
  4. Rooming List: To be provided 15 days prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy
  1. 32 days prior: All or part of the guestrooms may be cancelled without any cancellation fee.
  2. Until 31-10 days prior to arrival: A reduction of up to 4 of the rooms from the current room allocation booked can be cancelled without cancellation fees. Guestrooms cancelled in excess of this number will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the %80 of the agreed price for per pax.
  3. 9-0 days prior: case of no-shows or early departures total fee paid will be charged.
Child Policy
  1. Children up to 2 years is Free of Charge %100.
  2. Children starting from 2 years old up to below 12 years with extra bed sharing with two adults in one room - 20 % reduction. Children up to 4 years without extra bed sharing with two adults in one room 40 % reduction.
  3. Children from 2 years old up to below 12 years staying with 1 adult in same room there will be %100 full fare charges for kid no extra reduction is applicable.
  4. 12 years old and above is consider as adult and adult fare will be applicable.
  5. Infants are not counted as pax. FOC doesn’t count as a pax.
