Day-wise Itinerary

Day 01 (Tuesday): Rome Arrival – Rome (D)

  1. Arrival to Rome Airport, meet and greet with LDC driver.
  2. Rome City Tour with English speaking tour director (Colosseum Photo Stop, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps).
  3. Dinner at a local restaurant. Transfer to hotel. Overnight in Rome.

Day 02 (Wednesday): Rome – Vatican City – San Giovanni Rotondo (B, D)

  1. Breakfast at hotel.
  2. Transfer to Vatican City, Papal Audience at St. Peter's Basilica, visit Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls.
  3. Transfer to San Giovanni Rotondo (4 hours). Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in San Giovanni Rotondo.

Day 03 (Thursday): San Giovanni Rotondo – Monte Sant’Angelo – Manoppello (B, D)

  1. Breakfast at hotel.
  2. Visit to the New Church, English office for a blessing with the glove and crucifix of Padre Pio. Tour of the Sanctuary.
  3. Transfer to Monte Sant'Angelo, visit the Sanctuary of St. Michael the Archangel.
  4. Transfer to Manoppello. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Manoppello.

Day 04 (Friday): Manoppello – Assisi (B, D)

  1. Breakfast at hotel.
  2. Visit Sanctuary del Volto Santo.
  3. Transfer to Assisi, visit Church of St. Clare. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Assisi.

Day 05 (Saturday): Assisi – Siena – Padova (B, D)

  1. Breakfast at hotel.
  2. Visit Basilica of St. Francis, Private Mass at the Tomb of St. Francis (if there's a Priest with the group).
  3. Transfer to Siena, visit Piazza del Campo and Duomo di Siena, Santa Maria della Scala.
  4. Transfer to Padova. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Padova.

Day 06 (Sunday): Padova – Venice Island – Milan (B, D)

  1. Breakfast at hotel.
  2. Transfer to Tronchetto, private ferry to Venice Island. Tour of Venice Island (St. Marco Square, Doge’s Palace, Bridge of Sigh).
  3. Private ferry transfer back to Tronchetto, transfer to Milan. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Milan.

Day 07 (Monday): Milan – Torino – Milan (B, D)

  1. Breakfast at hotel.
  2. Transfer to Torino, city tour (Piazza Castello, Palazzo Reale, Mole Antonelliana, Holy Shroud at Duomo of Torino).
  3. Visit Superga Cathedral.
  4. Transfer back to Milan. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Milan.

Day 08 (Tuesday): Milan – Departure (B)

  1. Breakfast at hotel.
  2. Milan city tour (Sforza Castle, Galleria Vittorio Emmanuele II, Duomo, The Scala Theatre).
  3. Transfer to the airport for departure.

Package Includes
  1. AC Deluxe transportation through out the whole tour.
  2. English-speaking local guides in the following cities:
    • Day 1 : Rome – 3 hours.

    • Day 2 : Vatican City – 3 hours.

    • Day 3 : San Giovanni Rotondo – 3 hours.

    • Day 4 : Manoppello – 3 hours.

    • Day 5 : Siena – 3 hours.

    • Day 7 : Torino – 3 hours.
  3. 7 breakfasts and 7 dinners as indicated in the itinerary at local restaurants.
  4. Hotel accommodations as per the itinerary for 7 nights in total.
  5. Checkpoints (ZTL) for transportation, parking, local taxes, and highway charges.
  6. Entrance ticket to Venice Island.
  7. Return private ferry to Venice Island.
  8. All Sanctuary and Church entrances.
  9. 1 free of charge (FOC) in twin room share for a tour manager after 15 Pax and above.

Package Does Not Include
  1. Airport porterage and trolleys
  2. Tip for coach driver (€2 per person per day)
  3. Hotel City Tax (variable depending on the hotel)

 
Important Remarks
  1. Prices are not applicable on fair dates, Christmas, and New Year periods. If the tour includes cities affected by a trade fair, we may confirm hotels outside the affected city or in alternative cities.
  2. The above is just an offer, and no availability has been checked.
  3. In case VAT, entrance fees, or sites' opening times are altered, the quotation’s rates and program may be modified accordingly.
  4. Due to unforeseen weather conditions, the itinerary may be canceled, and another destination or sight may be substituted.
  5. According to EU regulations for long-distance coach drivers: maximum 12 working hours per day (LDC at disposal), and a maximum of 9 driving hours per day. After every 4.5 hours of driving, the driver must rest for a minimum of 45 minutes. This break can be split into two breaks of 15 minutes and 30 minutes. Night rest is 11 hours, which can be reduced to 9 hours, a maximum of 2 times a week.
  6. Triple rooms are not guaranteed. If a hotel cannot confirm a triple room, the client will be accommodated in a twin and single room, and the single supplement for the specific hotel will be charged.
  7. Any other services/arrangements not listed in the itinerary are not included in the tour fare.
